Tips on Saving Money
Everybody loves saving money. If you say you don’t care about saving money, you are lying. To help you out with saving your hard earned money, here are some tips.
Fix Leaks Fast
Contrary to popular belief, leaks don’t go away until you fix them. The reality is the longer you wait to fix that leak, the worse the leak will become. Even though all you see is the leak from the faucet, it is possible it could be leaking in other places as well. When you let water trickle into the walls and floors, the damage can add up. When the damage adds up, the costs add up. Fixing leaks can be an easy cheap fix if you catch it early enough.
Low Flow Shower Head
This one only appeals to some people. Some prefer a lot of water pressure and that is completely understandable. A low flow shower head still gets the job done and uses half the amount of water you would use in a normal shower. According to Direct Energy, a ten-minute shower can use up to forty-two gallons of water with a non-low flow shower head. Your water bill at the end of the month will thank you very much for installing a low flow shower head.
Drains (baking soda and vinegar)
Nobody likes to deal with a clogged drain. Take some preventive measures with your drains from time to time. It is as simple as two easy steps. Pour a cup of baking soda down the drain, then your pour a cup of vinegar down the drain. I told you it was simple!
